These studio efficiencies are completely modern. Each terrace has a bedroom area with one full size double bed (except #31 which has two twin beds), and color cable TV and WiFi.
Dining and kitchen area for your convenience. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with a two burner electric counter top range (no oven) and a refrigerator-freezer built in under the counter top and microwave.
The bathroom has a color coordinated fiberglass tub/shower and vanity sink.
A front porch spans the length of the building, chairs are provided for your comfort.
